Podere le Meraviglie

Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, Podere Le Meraviglie is an old farmhouse expertly restored consisting of two residential units: The Villa and The Fienile (Barn), a residential complex that combines traditional Tuscan architecture with quality materials, comfort and technology. The large swimming pool with whirlpool set in a panoramic position, a large garden equipped with barbecue and wood oven as well as a comfortable and shaded veranda for relaxing and having lunch in the open air are totally reserved for guests of the Villa and the Fienile. In addition, the garden has no barriers or fences: you can just open the front door and explore the estate territory, along trails crossing fields and woods, observing the characteristic Tuscan flora and fauna.

In order to guarantee maximum tranquility and privacy to guests, La Villa and Il Fienile cannot be rented separately.

Il Fienile

A few steps from the Villa, Il Fienile (the Barn) is a housing unit completely designed around the only bedroom located on the upper floor. Also in this particular dimension you can clearly recognize the peculiar style of Podere Le Meraviglie: wood and steel, stone and technology, nature and exclusivity. The kitchen, the dining room and the large living room make Il Fienile a small precious world, dedicated to one’s own intimacy.

La Villa

La Villa consists of 5 double rooms, each with its own identity: the furniture, the choice of colors, the light, everything contributes to creating a unique atmosphere in every room. On the ground floor The Villa consists of a bedroom with a private bathroom suitable for disabled guests, an equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a break room with satellite TV and fireplace. On the first floor are the other 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and satellite TV.
