Olive oil


We produce a small quantity of highly acclaimed Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Chianti Classico: we follow each step of the growing and production process with the utmost care, resulting in one of the most sought after Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the region. Thanks to our organic cultivation, hand harvest and cold pressing we manage to create an Extra Virgin Olive Oil rich in Tuscan flavours that perfectly accompanies every dish, enhancing its flavour. It is thoroughly delicious.

Cultivar: Frantoio, Leccino and moraiolo grown on the typical terraces of Chianti.

Harvest: in 20 kg boxes between the second half of October and the first half of November.

Pressing: within 12 hours of collection.

It is characterized by fruity notes with characteristic hints of fresh grass, artichoke and thistle and in the mouth it marks positive attributes of net spicy (intense) and bitter to a lesser extent (medium).

It is available as Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in 5 liter tin-cans and as Organic Chianti Classico D.O.P Oil, coming from the pressing of the best olives selection, in 0.5 liter bottles.
