Soil: soils that evolve from the geological formation of the undifferentiated complex, tending to be sandy, deep and moderately fertile.

Plant density: 4115 plants / hectare.
Harvest: manual in boxes.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Alcoholic fermentation: between 25 ° and 28 °.
Maceration: two days.
Aging: in cement and steel tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.
