Plant density: 5495 plants / hectare in the youngest vineyard.
Harvesting: manual in 20 kg boxes.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Alcoholic fermentation temperature: between 28 ° 30 °.
Maceration: ten days in steel tanks.
Ageing time in the bottle: six months.
TASTING NOTES
Color: intense ruby red.
Perfume: notes of violet and red berries on the nose.
Taste: fresh and sapid, well balanced and of medium persistence.
